We will be co-hosting a panel discussion for women contemplating divorce with Jewish Community Services (JCS) at the Michael- Ann Russell JCC on Sunday October 28 at 10:30 am.   The focus will be Cooperative Divorce: alternatives to adversarial litigation that help preserve family relationships. Panelists will include Robert Merlin, Esq., a Florida Bar Board Certified family law specialist and President of the Collaborative Family Law Institute from 2004-2011, Judith Lieber, LMHC, Vice President of Behavioral Health Services of Jewish Community Services, Diana Kahn, Certified Financial Planner and the Divorce Mediation Center's Document Preparation Specialist, and me- Denise Tamir, Esq. a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.
