Event Description
Aventura Hospital and Medical Center will kick-off a safe and healthy return to school by hosting a FREE COMMUNITY EVENT for the whole family. Community members will join experts at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center for fun and educational activities at booths filled with information on nutrition, diabetes, cyber-bullying and more.
The event will feature a bike safety course, free helmet fittings and AMBER Alert registration provided by the City of Aventura Police Department, while CooLAM Dance Studio entertains the crowd with music and games. Kids also will have the opportunity to tour a fire truck brought by fire rescue teams from the City of Hallandale Beach and Miami-Dade County.
